Complete Class Policy
Companies reserving a complete class are only required to pay for
8 students, but may invite more (up to 15 students).
Fastech will provide materials for up to 12 students.
Payment Policy
Payment must be received in full prior to the start of the class.
Payments can be made by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
Cards we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
For individual reservations joining an existing class,
classroom seats are held once full payment is received.
For full course/customer-site courses,
two separate payments are made:
a partial payment (to setup the class),
and a final payment (the balance).
Partial payment is: half travel expenses (if applicable) plus
customization (if applicable) plus one day of course charge.
Reservation is held when partial payment is received.
Total cost can vary due to many factors.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fastech Learning Center reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient students (less than 4) any time up to 6 days prior to the first day of a class. All payments will be refunded in full.
Cancellation received in writing at least 14 days prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund.
Cancellation received in writing less than 14 and greater than 7 days prior to the first day of class will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the first day of class will not receive a refund.
Personal Information
Fastech Learning Center uses personal information it collects for internal use only.
We do not sell or give away personal information to other companies for any reason.
Financial Information
We do not retain financial information online such as credit card numbers,
expiration dates, banks, or related financial information about you or your company.
We will not charge credit cards without express written consent.
Account Passwords
The account passwords used on the Fastech Learning Center website
are stored using a modern, popular 1-way encryption algorithm (128 bit).
Your password is not stored anywhere in cleartext,
and cannot be viewed or retrieved by any of our staff.
Mailing Lists
Our mailing lists are "opt-in", which means you can choose to be on a list
to receive information, such as tips and tricks, class reminders,
promotions, new classes and events.
Such mails include instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.
You will not be automatically subscribed to any list without your consent.
Registered Class Notices
If you are signed up for a class, you may receive email notices containing
important information pertaining to your specific class;
for example, room or location changes.
Communications
Communications via email or web form submission may be archived by us,
for internal use only at Fastech Learning Center.
